Where's Tom Baker's Autograph....

...in my mailbox!!! YIPPEE! After waiting five months, it finally arrived...a First Day Cover of Tom B., with his John Hancock on it! I was well pleased, and popped it into its frame, which has been waiting this past many moons. I also took the precaution of recording the serial numbers of all my FDC's. I've now got eleven DrWho stamp covers, together worth over 250 Quid.

Hiya Fred! ;) A First Day Cover, is a special envelope - usually with a gorgeous picture on - with a date stamp of the first day of issue, thus "First Day." These days, Dr.Who covers also have special DrWho Stamps, and often the autograph of a famous cast member :)

Hey Julz...I totted up the value of The Collection a year or two ago, & the Bank said its value was too high to be included in House Contents Insurance...so the Contents Insurance was increased... & The Collection insured under a separate heading :) I gave a list of most of what I have to the Bank.
