I love to cook, and I invited a family to come for Lunch, to enjoy my yummy Nachos....they accepted, but cancelled! Not to be so easily thwarted, I invited our wonderful Russian neighbours (well, he's Russian she's from the Ukraine) - to lunch, with their little children. It was their first time eating Nachos, which I prepared with mince (with a little onion), baked beans, and refried beans. It was a successful lunch, and our guests will invite us all to their house for a Russian meal soon. :)
